Add User Access To Accounts

  1. Step 1

    Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen on a mobile device then Manage Users or click Manage Users on desktop.

    Tap the + sign on a mobile device or Add a New User on desktop.

    Enter User’s credentials, create a Username and select where User password should be sent.

    Note: You will need to provide User with username.  A temporary password will be sent to the User and expires after 24 hours.

    Next select or deselect permissions for User.

WARNING!

A common scam occurs when fraudsters convince you to give them your login credentials, or create credentials for them. Never give access to someone you do not know. Remember, with full permissions a user can transfer money out of your account without your approval!

While there is an option to delete a User, we do not recommend using it. Instead, we suggest you switch the User to inactive so you can keep their activity log. When deleting a User, this information will be lost.

The primary account owner will need to reset a User password from the Manage Users tab.  If certain credentials are entered when creating the User then this will allow the User to reset the password. Contact the Credit Union for more information.

You create the permissions a user will have to the account.  Be sure to review all privileges and select accordingly as the account owner is responsible for all User transactions.
