Trona Valley is closely monitoring the evolving health situation as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our member's safety and well-being is our utmost priority and we're committed to safeguarding your health, along with our employee's health. Effective March 19, our branch lobbies will be closed until further notice. We are encouraging members to utilize our E-Services, such as Online and Mobile Banking, Online Payment Center, and Remote Deposit. In addition, members can contact our Call Center in place of visiting a branch. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, it takes just a few minutes. Also, our mobile app allows you to check available balances, view transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills.
It is our goal to be as transparent and communicative as possible during this time. We'll provide updates as necessary. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance with Trona Valley's electronic banking services or if you have questions regarding your financial needs.
